1. Agreement to Our Legal Terms

1.1. By scheduling a Consultation through Jupiter Jewel LTD or receiving any verbal or written guidance from us, you agree to have read and understood the details of all the following Terms and disclaimers, and release Jupiter Jewel LTD from any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or inactions that you may or may not take.

1.2. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have taken every chance to ask questions before your payment and the scheduling of your Consultation. You are booking and have chosen to enter into this terms of service agreement of your own free will.

1.3. You understand that all payments must be made before your Consultation booking is confirmed.

1.4. Your purchase of a service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or Refund Policy, do not purchase, use, or accept the service, Content, or Services.

1.5. By purchasing a service from Jupiter Jewel LTD, you are certifying and representing to Jupiter Jewel LTD that the activities in connection with which the services, Content, or Services will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

1.6. You understand that all issues and controversies arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

1.7. You agree that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

2. Consultations, Cancellations and Rescheduling

2.1. If you, for any reason, need to reschedule your Consultation or notice that you have provided inaccurate information in your booking details, you understand that you must notify us immediately at hello@jupiterjewel.com, allowing for at least 24 hours before your original Consultation time.

2.2. You understand that you are entitled to reschedule your Consultation one (1) time after cancellation on a new date agreed between you and Jupiter Jewel LTD.

2.3. Refunds are not permitted in the event of a cancellation of your Consultation. If you are at least 10 minutes late to your Consultation, you understand that we are entitled to cancel it.

2.4. You understand that we have a right to refuse service and can choose to refund you and terminate your Consultation at any point before or during your Consultation if the Astrologer or Tarot reader delivering your Consultation is made to feel uncomfortable.

2.5. In the rare event that we cannot deliver your Consultation, you agree to allow the Consultation to be rescheduled. You understand that Jupiter Jewel LTD is not liable for delays in providing information, recordings, or carrying out obligations due to factors beyond our control.

3. Recordings and Use of Content

3.1. You understand that all Services are recorded for your own personal use and that these recordings will be stored securely before being permanently deleted by us approximately 1 month after your Consultation. It is your responsibility to download such recordings if you wish to keep them. You agree that you will not publish, display, share, and/or distribute the audio or video recording of your astrological reading without written permission from us.

3.2. You are permitted to share written Content produced by Jupiter Jewel LTD and our independent contractors as long as you do not edit the original writing, crop out any displayed logo or signature, take credit for the writing or still imagery, or fail to properly attribute credit to Jupiter Jewel LTD as the source.

3.3. Jupiter Jewel LTD engages independent contractors, who are not employees of the Company, to provide writing material and Content. The Company is not responsible for any personal opinions or viewpoints expressed by these contractors in any written Content or Services.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. The information provided by Jupiter Jewel LTD on www.jupiterjewel.com is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site. Under no circumstances shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the site or reliance on any information provided on the site. Your use of the site and your reliance on any information on the site is solely at your own risk.

4.2. All Services, information, and communication between you and Jupiter Jewel LTD are intended to offer spiritual guidance and are meant for educational purposes only. All guidance is subject to your own interpretation and does not constitute, nor is it a substitute for, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business advice, judgment, or counsel.

4.3. All Services and Content obtained on or through www.jupiterjewel.com and official Jupiter Jewel LTD social media accounts are at your discretion to use. Jupiter Jewel LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the astrological, tarot, and spiritual guidance you receive.

4.4. By booking a Consultation through Jupiter Jewel LTD, you understand and confirm that you are paying for a service and not results. All references to the future are based on potentials and possibilities. You understand that there is no guarantee of accuracy. You confirm that you are not paying for a psychic reading, healing service, or fortune-telling appointment, and understand that Jupiter Jewel LTD does not imply or infer to deliver such services.

4.5. While we will always strive to provide a safe space for open discussions, under United Kingdom law, if you disclose information pertaining to the possible or potential harm of yourself and/or others during your Consultation, this information would need to be passed along to the appropriate authorities to keep you/them safe. We are not responsible for your aftercare, or your thoughts, decisions, and actions during or after your Consultation. It is solely your responsibility to take what you need from your Consultation and all other Content and material produced by us.

5. Testimonials

5.1. Any testimonials featured on the www.jupiterjewel.com website, marketing materials, products, services, and Content are honest portrayals of real-life previous clients who have shared their opinions about Jupiter Jewel LTD’s Content and Services. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users will have the same, similar, or better experiences.

5.2. We are not affiliated with users who provide testimonials, and users are not paid or otherwise compensated for their testimonials.

5.3. The testimonials on the Site are not intended, nor should they be construed, as claims that our Content and/or Services can be used to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, prevent, or otherwise be used for any disease or medical condition. No testimonials have been clinically proven or evaluated.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. All Services and Content, including but not limited to astrology readings, tarot readings, “The Mag” memberships, downloadable digital guides, and gift cards, available for purchase on the Company’s website require substantial time, resources, and creative energy to produce and deliver. Therefore, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, Jupiter Jewel LTD does not offer refunds for any Services or Content that have been purchased. No refunds will be granted for change of mind, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the service.

6.2. Notwithstanding the above, refunds may be requested only in the instance where Jupiter Jewel LTD is unable to deliver the Content (including, but not limited to, digital guides, astrology readings, and tarot readings) within 14 business days from the date of purchase. To request a refund for non-delivery, please contact the Company's customer service at hello@jupiterjewel.com within 7 days from the end of the 14-business-day period with your purchase receipt.

6.3. If you have a problem with your Content or Consultation, we encourage you to contact us at hello@jupiterjewel.com to seek resolution before disputing the charge with your credit card company or initiating a charge-back. Unjustified credit card disputes or charge-backs are considered fraudulent behaviour and may lead to termination of your access to our services, at the Company's discretion.

7. Impersonation and Fraudulent Representation

7.1. As a visitor of www.jupiterjewel.com and a person who engages with or reads Content under the ownership of Jupiter Jewel LTD, you understand that we are not liable for fraudulent misrepresentation and/or any of your financial losses or emotional damages as a result of Services which you have made with an impersonator of Jupiter Jewel LTD who has offered you a Consultation or claimed to be affiliated with us. You understand that legitimate Services with Jupiter Jewel LTD can only be scheduled through www.jupiterjewel.com. You understand that it is your responsibility to check the validity of the account you are engaging with online.

8. Right to Data Erasure

8.1. Jupiter Jewel LTD will process your pre-Consultation personal information and data in accordance with the 2018 United Kingdom Data Protection Act. By providing your details to Jupiter Jewel LTD, you will receive reminders and updates about your booked appointment. You consent to your pre-Consultation personal information that you provided to be stored securely for private astrological research conducted by us, and understand that this information will not be accessible to any individual or company outside of Jupiter Jewel LTD. You are entitled to request the removal of this information at any time (see Section 8, Right to Data Erasure).

8.2. You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018. Please email us at hello@jupiterjewel.com and provide the following information, and we will do our best to respond promptly. The information you supply in this request will only be used to identify the personal data you are requesting that we erase.

9. Third-Party Websites and Content

9.1. The Services may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). 10.1. We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Services, such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements, and we have no other relationship with advertisers.

11. Services Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
